Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all contracts between HoloWeb (owner: Christian Sindel) and the customer for the creation and delivery of websites, web applications, and AI solutions.

2. Contract Formation

A contract is formed by the customer’s acceptance of an offer. Offers from HoloWeb are non-binding and subject to change.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Euros. In accordance with § 19 UStG (German small business regulation), no VAT is charged or shown. Payment is made by agreement — typically 50% at the start of the project and 50% upon completion.

4. Delivery and Acceptance

Delivery is made by agreement. The customer has the right to inspect the delivered work within 14 days of handover and to report any defects.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in individual cases, HoloWeb transfers to the customer, after full payment, the exclusive usage rights to the created works, unlimited in time and space.

6. Warranty

HoloWeb warrants that the delivered works are free from material defects at the time of handover. The warranty period is 12 months from handover.
